Welcome to VideoSrt Lab. By downloading or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VideoSrt Lab ("the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

VideoSrt Lab is an iOS application that provides AI-powered speech recognition and subtitle generation for videos. The service includes automatic language detection, transcription, and translation into supported languages.

3. User Accounts

The App creates an anonymous account automatically on first launch. You may optionally sign in with Apple ID to link your account across devices and restore your membership. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Free tier: New users receive 2 free subtitle generation tasks upon first use. Free quota does not reset.
• Monthly subscription ($9.99/month): 50 tasks per month, resets at the start of each calendar month.
• Yearly subscription ($99.99/year): 600 tasks per year (50 per month equivalent).
• Billing is calculated based on video duration: each task covers up to 2 hours. Videos exceeding 2 hours consume additional tasks proportionally.
• All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings in the App Store.
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Process content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Process content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the App or its services
• Use the service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or networks
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service without our written consent

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VideoSrt Lab and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all videos and content you process through the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated subtitles will be perfectly accurate. Subtitle accuracy may vary depending on audio quality, speaking speed, accent, and background noise.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VideoSrt Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or inaccuracies in generated subtitles.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
